1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using DevClip Pro ("the extension"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the extension.

2. Description of Service

DevClip Pro is a Chrome browser extension that allows developers to save, organize, tag, and search code snippets from web pages. The service is offered in two tiers:

• Free Plan: Local storage of up to 100 snippets, tags, search, export/import
• Pro Plan: Cloud sync, AI auto-tagging, unlimited snippets ($3.99/month)

3. Account Registration

To use Pro features, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Subscription & Billing

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through Lemon Squeezy's customer portal
• Upon cancellation, Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are handled according to Lemon Squeezy's refund policy

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the extension for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the extension
• Redistribute, resell, or repackage the extension
• Use the extension to store or transmit malicious code
• Abuse the AI tagging feature (excessive or automated requests)

6. Intellectual Property

DevClip Pro is proprietary software owned by Dev-2A. The extension, its code, design, and branding are protected by copyright. Your code snippets remain your property — we claim no ownership over content you save.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of DevClip Pro is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the extension, you consent to the data practices described therein.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.

9. Limitation of Liability

DevClip Pro is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the extension, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or lost profits.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the service for violation of these terms. You may stop using the extension at any time by uninstalling it.
